I have so enjoyed the last 20 years with SunQuest Vacations. Property Management can be a challenging field and there is always a delicate balance between guests and owners. Your best day is always when a guest or owner stops by on their way to the airport to share their insights with you. Guests are full of questions and information they like to pass on about what they enjoyed most, and we relish these tidbits to pass on to other guests.
As an avid diver and a burgeoning underwater photographer, I so enjoy comparing dive notes with our guests and owners that also spend time investigating our coral reefs. As president of Kona Underwater Photographic Society l see some fabulous images from my fellow members. Life on The Big Island becomes even more exciting when you add a Whale Shark, Manta Ray, Eagle Ray or rare Wrasse. I hope you enjoy your stay and will be back to visit us soon!

I am originally from Chicago and Florida; however I've been coming to Hawaii since 1985 and have lived in Kona for 14 years. Being from the mid-west I am very familiar with the cold weather, and am very blessed to live in such a beautiful and warm climate. Although I live in a tropical paradise, I do get to experience some of the changes in seasons, sometimes all in one day. A trip to Mauna Kea for a snowball fight and sledding on our boogie boards, then down to Waimea for the feeling of fall, next stop is the beach to warm up in the sand and sun and swim in the ocean. My husband, 2 beautiful daughters and I, enjoy spending time together and having monthly adventures like weekend camping trips or hiking at the Volcanoes National Park. The beach is my favorite place to relax and listen to the breeze and the ocean waves.
Here at SunQuest Vacations I am the Owner Liaison and have the opportunity to inspect all of our properties. This can be a very challenging, yet rewarding experience. I believe the SunQuest Staff works excellently together and we strive to make our guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. Amy DeLeon

My favorite memories center around my childhood family vacations. Knowing this, I understand that finding ideal accommodations can make your Hawaiian vacation something to remember. 
In addition to helping the reservation process, I am the bookkeeper and can answer any questions you may have regarding statements or expenses. 
In my spare time, I love reading, writing, singing off key, and spending time with my family.

Being in the customer service field for several years I have had the opportunity to meet the most interesting people from all over the world. 
As the property manager at SunQuest Vacations, my goal is to see that your stay is one that you will truly enjoy and remember. 
I feel truly blessed to live on this beautiful island, and enjoy sharing that feeling of Aloha Spirit with all of our clients.
In my time away from the office you might find me on one of the many beautiful golf courses that our islands have to offer or maybe at the beach enjoying some of the ocean activities.
Of course watching our spectacular sunsets is a must.

Hi! My name is Mikki Balucan and I have been part of the SunQuest family since 1988. I have 2 fantastic daughters that keep me on my toes and it's never a dull moment when my youngest is around! I love to snorkel at Kahaluu Beach and still like to explore different parts of the Island.
I am VERY fortunate to be able to work with SunQuest and I am excited about heading our new division. As Activity & Outer Island Coordinator, I will be assisting our guests in arranging for their activities while on Island, and will also be able to assist them in booking their accommodations on other Islands as well.

Reservation Manager for over 3 years now at SunQuest! I previously had worked in the timeshare industry for 8 years. I enjoy the challenge it holds from owners and guest and the best part is to hear or see that our guest/owners has had an awesome vacation experience. But most of all, I enjoy just having the opportunity to meet new people from the different parts of the world, what an excellent experience!
