Walk across the street to Magic Sands beach or relax by the pool under the swaying palms. Down the coast just a mile and a half are the clear waters of Kahaluu beach where you can snorkel and work on your tan. The White Sands Village units are air-conditioned, have large lanais, well appointed kitchens, and are very near shopping, a variety of restaurants, and holiday activities.

The elevator work at  the Kuakini Building and the Kailua Building has now been completed.  Finally the Keauhou Building, affecting units 219, 222 & 318 is nearly finished, with final inspection scheduled for September.

Pool Work The dates for closure of the pool to replace all concrete decking will be Tuesday, August 23, with anticipated opening Sept. 30th. Pool will then close again on October 12th for installation of stone and refinishing inside of pool. Anticipated reopening of pool to be November 19.
